CBS / Kadaster
The CBS/Kadaster Housing Price Index (Prijsindex Bestaande Koopwoningen - PBK) is the official Dutch house price index. It tracks price development of existing owner-occupied homes based on actual transaction data from the Land Registry (Kadaster). The index uses a hedonic regression model to account for changes in the composition of sold properties. Published monthly at both national and regional level, it is the authoritative source for housing market price trends used by government, financial institutions, and economists.
